A Gallery Named Sue, was born back in 2013, in the Hague. I was involved with the founders from the start whilst the gallery was still being built in 2012. This provided an opportunity to expand the art direction into permanent finishes such as the front door colour, flags and door signage.
Inspired by tall long windows and door, the identity was born. The bright red colour gives a bold punch and reflects the contemporary art which is exhibited. The branding used playful elements of the accent colour on the edges of the letter-pressed business cards and all printed communication.
